Sound piece by Bret Ellerton for portable listening device intended to be in balance with the natural sounds at the location of the Volunteer Park Water Tower looking out of the window by the stairwell which has the view of the Capital Hill Radio Towers. Recording includes metal bowls, harp and acoustic guitar with signal processing and wave editing, as well as phonographic recordings taken at the Volunteer Park Water Tower in January 2008.
